When the opportunity arose to purchase the restaurant formally known as the RooBar, John Zartartian of the Aqua Grille Bistro in Sandwich, couldn't resist.
According to John, "The restaurant is already visually captivating as is, and the competent former staff is still in place. What could be better?"
The atmosphere is casual and relaxing and the food is prepared by Chef Maria Polio with the honest approach that results in authenicity and satisfaction.
